Role OverviewClient Partner-Media and EntertainmentWe are seeking an experienced Client Partner to act as the primary liaison interface between Tech Mahindra and our Media & Entertainment client(s). The CP will play a pivotal role in ensuring the relationships remain strong and grow over time. This is achieved through outstanding customer engagement, high-quality service delivery across multiple service lines, and fostering a professional, collegiate, and high-performing team environment.Acting as the primary tech Mahindra representative on client site, the CP will collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and offshore delivery units to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective service delivery aligned with contractual obligations and business objectives.This role requires a seasoned leader with strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of orchestrating horizontally across teams and ensuring accountability to both internal leadership and the client.Key Responsibilities Client Relationship & GovernanceAct as the onsite delivery lead and trusted partner to M&E clients.Serve as the escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely resolution.Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual commitments.Drive regular governance forums, reporting delivery performance and improvement initiatives.Service Delivery & Quality AssuranceOversee day-to-day service delivery across all service lines.Ensure delivery quality, timeliness, and consistency of output.Partner with service line leaders to align delivery practices and address performance issues.Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.Operational ExcellenceEnsure service lines provide accurate, timely data for resourcing and reconciliations.Oversee delivery inputs that enable billing and invoicing to be completed on time.Support compliance with Tech Mahindra’s internal delivery and reporting processes.Collaborate with Delivery Operations peers to maintain financial hygiene.Stakeholder & People ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal TechM leadership.Mentor and guide delivery teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations.Drive a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
