Job Summary:Ensure that the scheduled buyers are accommodated for turn-over and ensure acceptance of the unit.Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare units that are scheduled for viewing and acceptance.Deal with clients / buyers from unit inspection to acceptance, including physical and/or virtual turnover of units to the buyersEnsure that the units due for buyer inspection are qualified for turn-over prior to actual viewing & acceptance. This includes preparation of units in terms of cleanliness, completeness, & functionality.Prepare and provide turn-over reports and other related submittals.Coordinate & properly endorse unit buyers to Property AdminAnswers emails and calls (both inbound and outbounds) relative to turnover concerns.Other tasks that may be required from time to time.Minimum Job Qualifications:College Graduate (4-year course)Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism/Hospitality, Architecture or Civil EngineeringPreferably with customer service experienceWilling to do fieldwork
