CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST (Remote from Vietnam)We are a global Financial Group with a strong presence in multiple countries around the world. As part of our continued growth, we are now expanding our operations into the Cambodian market.We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist who have excellent English to work remotely from Vietnam, supporting clients in Cambodia and reporting directly to the Country Manager in Cambodia.The Client Relations Specialist will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.--------------------KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing and sending out quotes and invoices, processing orders, and updating customer information in the database.• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and proposals.• Providing sales training to new onboarding sale staffs.• Maintain accurate sales data and generate reports on sales performance and customer trends.• Provide customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, replying WhatsApp and Skype messages and handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Dealing teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination of sales-related activities.• Assist in the implementation of customer service policies and procedures to improve the client experience.• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the sales manager.• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide better support to clients and the sales team.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.• Excellent languages skills in English to ensure smooth communication with clients and vendors.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer interactions professionallyWorking days: from Mon - SatOur day shift typically runs from 8.30am - 5.30pmOur swing shift runs from 3pm - 12pm Salary range: from USD350 - USD500 (in nett)Performance bonus quarterlyAnnual leave, Sick Leave, Yearly Bonus
