As a Clinic Receptionist you will manage all aspects of patient’s experience at the front (and back of) desk.ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceBe the first point of contact to patientsManage appointments, payments and patient enquiriesHandle patient's concerns and provide appropriate solutionsUndertake cashiering, invoicing and collection of paymentsClinic OperationsOpening and closing of clinicPrepare instruments and treatment roomsEnsure equipment are operationally-readyMaintain overall cleanliness of clinicAdministrationUpdate and maintain patient files and databaseUndertake inventory and stock-takingUndertake administrative duties and other relevant duties as required for clinic operationsRequirementsFluent in spoken and written English. Ability with other languages is an advantage.Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectivelyAble to establish and maintain a positive rapport with teammates and patientsMust be able to work on SaturdaysMust be willing to travel to all 4 clinic locations and HQ (when required) Job HighlightsPermanent Full-Time position5/5.5/6 day work arrangements available; Work hours: 830am – 6pm (Monday to Saturday)No relevant medical experience requiredPossible additional allowance component for experience as Cabin Crew and/or Hotel Service StaffOvertime payableStarting Annual Leave entitlement: 14Insurance & medical coverageCareer progression
