Clinical Coordinator

Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Coordinator to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in genetics or molecular biology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support clients and healthcare partners by addressing their clinical and technical inquiries.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams.Respond to customer inquiries related to genetic tests, sample requirements, and results coordination.Collaborate with the laboratory and medical teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of information.Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-ups.Assist in coordinating logistics for test requests, sample tracking, and reporting.Support the development of educational materials and FAQs related to genetic testing.Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Genetics, Molecular Biology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).2-3 years of experience in clinical coordination, or genetic testing services.Strong understanding of genetic terminology and laboratory workflows.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle client inquiries with empathy and professionalism.Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.Fluency in English.
