Job Description

The Clinical Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of healthcare and education-related training programs. This role involves generating leads, conducting sales calls, developing client relationships, and strategizing to acquire new business opportunities. Candidates must be Registered Nurses (RNs). Sales experience is a plus, but candidates without it must be highly proactive, with excellent communication skills, and a strong results-driven attitude. The goal is to help the company achieve and exceed business targets while contributing to sustainable growth in the healthcare and education sectors.Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct cold and warm calls to prospective clients.Schedule, conduct, and follow up on meetings with leads and existing clients.Source and develop new business opportunities through referrals and networking.Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to promote programs and services.Maintain positive, long-term client relationships to enhance client lifetime value.Develop and implement sales strategies individually and as part of the team.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.Demonstrate strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Manage time effectively and stay organized under pressure.Support community-building initiatives and digital marketing campaigns, including social media management.QualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN) – is a plusSales experience preferred, ideally in healthcare or education; if none, must possess strong communication skills, initiative, and a proactive approach.Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Marketing, or related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with finance or CRM tools is a plus.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and client management skills.Results-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.Willing to work onsite and able to start immediately.
