Job DescriptionPosition: Head of SalesJob Level: Senior LeadershipLocation: Onsite, TaguigSchedule: Morning ShiftJob PurposeThe Head of Sales is responsible for leading the overall sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing key distribution channels. The role guides both direct and indirect sales teams, builds strategic business partnerships, and ensures effective implementation of sales initiatives to meet organizational targets.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Leadership & StrategyDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure strong performance and execution.Set sales goals, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with business priorities.Create a performance-driven sales culture with a strong customer focus.2. Channel & Partnership ManagementOversee direct sales channels and institutional client relationships.Strengthen and manage partnerships with distribution networks and external agencies.Ensure partnership agreements, service standards, and compliance requirements are met.Identify new distribution opportunities and expand sales coverage.3. Business DevelopmentIdentify new market opportunities and spearhead initiatives for business growth.Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor landscape to guide sales plans.Support and lead key client presentations, pitches, and major account engagements.4. Digital Sales & Process ImprovementOversee digital sales tools and online client onboarding platforms.Ensure systems and processes are competitive, efficient, and aligned with regulations.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance digital workflows and customer experience.5. Cross-functional CollaborationRepresent the Sales function in management discussions and working committees.Work closely with product, marketing, operations, and compliance teams to support sales initiatives.Resolve escalations and ensure smooth coordination across all units.QualificationsBachelors degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.Minimum of 7 years experience in sales, business development, or channel management.Experience in financial services or related industries is an advantage.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in sales reporting and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.Key CompetenciesStrategic planning and executionTeam leadership and coachingBusiness developmentSales communication and presentationNegotiation and relationship managementAnalytical and decision-making skills
