We don’t just connect talent with opportunity—we create a place where careers grow, ideas thrive, and people are empowered to make an impact.Join us at Crescendo, and let’s build the future of customer experience together.The RoleWe are seeking a talented Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team.The Cloud Operations Engineer role is an individual contributor who is responsible for the planning, rollout, maintenance, inter-connectivity and troubleshooting of Crescendo’s cloud platforms (such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and others).This is a technical role designed to include both collaborative business analysis with associates throughout the company and back end technical work independently of, and in collaboration with, the IT, Security, and Engineering teams.What You’ll Do:Effectively communicate complex concepts with vendors, customers, co-workers and management, both verbally and in writingEngage with business partners to analyze opportunities and implement innovative process and technology solutionsEvaluate, implement, and support reference integration architectures between platform systemsPerform advanced administration and troubleshooting of Crescendo platform systemsOwn the change management and configuration/maintenance processes for specific Crescendo network and cloud platformsStrategize with the global IT manager on new platform/app initiatives, feature rollouts, and potential integrations between platformsCollaborate with the information security team to ensure that platforms are secure and meet Crescendo standardsMonitor platforms and address availability and security issues as they ariseAssist the information security team in performing regular access audits and performs role & license changes as appropriate within each platformMaintain documentation in Crescendo’s Confluence wiki on platform management best practices, admin guides and troubleshooting guidesTrain IT and security staff on platform administration best practices and standard procedures What We Expect From You:3-5 years experience in business analysis techniques and business process engineeringSome knowledge/experience with modern scripting languagesGood knowledge administering and configuring enterprise productivity or line of business platformsKnowledge of modern SaaS platforms and cross-platform integrationsSDLC knowledgeKnowledge of and experience applying structured IT change management proceduresStrong business acumen and communication skillsDesirable (not required) technical knowledge:Configuration/Management of SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, JiraExperience working with SSO and identity providersExperience administering cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS Why Crescendo?We’re building a new category: Augmented AIWe’re moving at record-breaking speed: 0 to $100M+ ARR in under a yearWe only win when our customers win—outcomes over hype, every timeYou’ll be part of a high-performing, purpose-driven team obsessed with speed, creativity, and craftThis is your chance to help define the DNA of Crescendo’s sales culture.
