Ensure projects meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget. Design and Innovation: Design of new products and the refinement of existing ones. Encourage innovation and ensure that design practices adhere to the highest industry standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Manufacturing and Sales, to ensure product designs are feasible and align with customer and market needs.Continuous Improvement: Focus on continuous improvement practices to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and streamline design processes. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress reports to senior managementWhat You NeedNon-negotiablesBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design.Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering design principles.Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and engineering standards.
