You’ll ensure every touchpoint — from recruitment and development to engagement and wellbeing — reflects our values and supports both our people and our business success.This role is about people leadership with a creative edge: building talent, fostering a culture that scales with our growth, and creating an environment where every team member contributes to making LUURA unforgettable.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all People & Culture practices, policies, and procedures comply with local legislation, industry standards, and company values.Prepare monthly reports, set budgets and forecasts, and contribute to annual business planning with the leadership team.Develop staffing plans, liaise with agencies, and lead recruitment, assessment, and selection of management and key roles.Design competitive wage and salary systems, oversee payroll and benefits, and review market trends to attract and retain talent.Act as an internal consultant for grievance resolution, collective bargaining, and employee representation, ensuring fair and consistent practices.Implement performance management systems, review promotions, and prepare succession plans for middle and senior management.Identify training needs, design and deliver programs, and equip employees with new skills for evolving business demands.Foster a strong workplace culture through communication, recognition programs, newsletters, and staff social activities.Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, employee welfare initiatives, and staff facilities.Recruit, coach, and mentor P&C team members, conduct performance reviews, and build high-performing, professional teams.Lead regular departmental meetings, ensure open communication channels, and drive cross-department alignment.Carry out additional duties as assigned by management, adapting to evolving organizational needs.QualificationsWho We’re Looking ForMinimum of five years at a similar role in luxury hotel.Bachelor's degree.Highly professional presentations and communication (oral and written) skills.English fluency.Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office.Ability to perform critical analysis.Naturally warm, friendly, and attentive.Excited to work in a fast-moving, people-first environment.Passionate about culture, art, and authentic hospitality.A team player who thrives on collaboration and connection.Additional InformationPerks You’ll LoveTeam rates at LUURA, Ennismore & Accor properties worldwide.Discounts at our restaurants, bars, and cafes.Access to art, cultural events & live music nights.Recognition that matters — from surprise gifts to team celebrations.Beautiful team spaces & comfortable accommodation (where applicable).Ready to Dive In?Bring your energy, your ideas, and your true self — and let’s create something unforgettable together.📍 Apply now and start your journey with LUURA.
