You can help create a culture where safety is a shared value and a top priority for all stakeholders involved in the project.If you are seeking an opportunity to be part of a storied history, join a team that leads the industry and contribute to a workplace where inclusivity and safety take centre stage.Reporting to the Financial Accountant for Sweden, the key requirements include:3rd level qualification in a related field3 years post qualification experience in a similar roleGood working knowledge of English, both written and verbalKnowledge of MS Office including excel and wordResponsibilities:Work collaboratively with the finance & procurement team to support operational excellence and complianceAdminister the preparation, printing, scanning, organising and posting of invoices on a weekly basis and upon requestSystem data entryBuild a professional rapport with relevant internal and external stakeholders and the wider supply chainEnsure all suppliers invoices are received in a timely manner and refunds/credit notes are updated accordingly on the respective finance systemAdminister goods received notes (GRN) to ensure all invoices are up to dateResearch and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerAssist with the general administration duties of the department and as requiredPromote & foster the company core values and a culture of wellness at workHandle internal and external communication with a high degree of professionalism and confidentialityGood working knowledge of general data protection regulation (GDPR)The key individual will be articulate with good numeracy and time management skills. Will possess the ability to work independently and to prioritise tasks, while maintaining good communication and engagement with the wider organisation.
