Join Avon as a Commercial Category PlannerAt Avon, we’re on a mission to create beauty with purpose. As a Commercial Planner, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our products come to life in our brochures and campaigns—making sure they’re exciting, strategic, and aligned with what our Representatives and customers love.What you'll be doing:You’ll be the strategic mind behind our campaign planning for a specific product category. Working closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Demand, and Supply Chain, you’ll develop a 12-month campaign roadmap that brings our category strategies to life. You’ll lead demand review sessions, manage pricing and promotions, and ensure our offers are compelling and commercially sound. Your work will directly impact how our Representatives engage with our brand and drive business growth.What you'll be working on:Creating and maintaining a year-long campaign plan aligned with business and channel strategiesLeading category-specific demand review sessions to align cross-functional teamsManaging discount strategies, ensuring they’re competitive and effectiveDesigning offers and collaborating with creative teams to bring them to lifeCoordinating with internal teams to ensure campaign readiness and product availabilityReviewing campaign performance and recommending improvements based on dataWhat we're looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field5 years of experience in store planning, merchandising, pricing strategy, or commercial planningExperience in direct selling, beauty, or FMCG industries is a strong advantageStrong analytical and planning skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPointAbility to lead cross-functional meetings and collaborate across departmentsCommercial acumen and a knack for interpreting dataExperience in campaign execution and project management
