Role Senior Marketing Coordinator - Demand Generation Optimization & PilotsWork Location: PhilippinesReports to: Regional Social Strategy and Ops LeadJob OverviewMRM is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator – Demand Generation Optimization & Pilots tosupport one of our top global technology clients. This role plays a key part in planning, sequencing, and testing demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus oncommercial/B2B audiences.You will help track, report, and coordinate campaign optimization efforts, manage pilot programexecution, and ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with strategic goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-informed mindset to supportcampaign effectiveness and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Optimization• Create and review the performance of Demand Generation emails and paid campaigns• Provide optimization recommendations to improve the performance of Demand Generationactivities• Track the performance of all optimization initiatives and recommend pilot, testing initiativesPilot Program Coordination• Help design and coordinate pilot campaigns to test new messaging, formats, or audiencesegments• Track pilot performance and compile post-pilot evaluations and recommendations• Document learnings and support integration into broader campaign strategiesCross-Functional Collaboration• Liaise with product marketing, sales, and operations to ensure campaign readiness andalignment• Facilitate communication between teams to support campaign planning and execution• Assist in stakeholder presentations and planning workshopsReporting & Optimization• Monitor campaign KPIs including lead volume, engagement, and conversion metrics• Support reporting and analysis of pilot and prioritized campaign performance• Recommend adjustments to campaign sequencing or targeting based on data insightsQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field• 6-10 years of experience in B2B marketing coordination, campaign planning, or demandgeneration• Familiarity with marketing funnels, campaign lifecycle, and pilot testing methodologies• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
