Our portfolio includes high-quality medicines and dermocosmetic products, ensuring that patients and professionals have access to safe and effective solutions.We take pride in combining commercial expertise and scientific knowledge to support the continuous development of the Albanian pharmaceutical and dermocosmetic sectors.Commercial Director for La Roche-Posay and Vichy!Open Position: Commercial Director for brands La Roche-Posay and Vichy in ALBANIA JOB ACCOUNTABILITIESo   Motivate and manage customers in Albania for LRP & Vichy product portfolioo   Achieve the sales targets and qualitative and quantitative objectives seto   Identify the potential for commercial development of existing customers and develop their loyaltyo   Identify prospects within his/her industry and develop new business relationshipso   Close collaboration with Key clients on Albanian market, building strategic plan and gaining shareo   Develop market share (sell-out) in the sectoro   Address the challenges related to key account management and business trends and needs: finding best practices in the market, exploring knowledge about client’s behavior, monitoring competing brandso   Planning and presenting reports on key accounts progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with key stakeholderso   Manage Client’s P&L and negotiations of commercial terms within the established budgets.o   Address the challenges related to key account management and business trends and needs: finding best practices in the market, exploring knowledge about client’s behavior, monitoring competing brandso   Negotiate and align joint business plans with national clients in Albania  SKILLSo   Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial role o   Skilled negotiator with strong strategic approacho   Analytical, result oriented and very experienced with Excel and Power Pointo   Fluent in Englisho   Masters' degree corresponding with the profile / an equivalent university diploma.o   Valid Category B driving license. What We Offer Attractive salary complemented by performance-based bonuses.
