I’m partnering with a high-growth tech business looking for a Director to lead one of its fastest-scaling commercial programs. This role sits on the Operations team and the Senior Leadership Team, driving a mix of strategy, execution and cross-functional influence across the organisation.You’ll own a major revenue-generating program end-to-end, shaping priorities, managing P&L, partnering with product and engineering leaders, and coordinating initiatives across sales, marketing, customer and ecosystem teams. It’s a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves blending strategic thinking with practical delivery.You’ll work globally with a tight-knit team to define new initiatives, improve customer experience, and support the business as it continues to scale. Expect high visibility, broad influence and the opportunity to shape commercial outcomes without needing direct line authority, your impact comes through strong relationships, insight and leadership.What you’ll lead: • Own program prioritisation, commercial performance and P&L • Deliver cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer, Product & Engineering • Shape future product direction and influence roadmaps • Build operating cadences, reporting rhythms and updates for executive leadership • Monitor key commercial KPIs. ARR, attach rates, revenue per account, margin and more • Improve product adoption and customer value realisation • Contribute to sales enablement, training, tools, scripts, ROI models • Drive sales analytics: conversion, velocity, win/loss, competitive insights • Partner on lead-generation campaigns and targeted growth strategies • Design customer lifecycle journeys and proactive retention playbooks • Build strategic partnerships that enhance capability and accelerate distribution • Create revenue optimisation playbooks to drive upsell, cross-sell and expansionWhat you’ll bring: • 8–12 years’ experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product or commercial roles • Strong exposure to software or high-growth environments • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional outcomes • Strong analytical capability — able to interrogate data and translate insights • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving settings • Ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership and drive alignment • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and confidence working with unfamiliar conceptsIf you thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy, product, and operations — and enjoy shaping programs that deliver real revenue impact this is a great opportunity for you.
