Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionPosition Summary (Purpose and Fundamental Goals of the Position):Supports the Country Business Leader (CBL) to deliver country-level Commercial Excellence (ComEx) / Commercial Operations (ComOps) analytics and Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) execution, to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesRun sales calls, in-market sales (IMS), trade sales (TS), FDS, sales and marketing funnel/pipeline reports, for country business leader reporting needs. Provides analysis and generates key insights to drive improvements.Optimize sales calls and funnel performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks (e.g., stalled opportunities) using data-driven solutions and analytics, in partnership with country sales associates.Own country-level SFE execution in alignment with SEA SFE Manager, including but not limited to: segmentation, targeting, territory and customer potential mapping, GTM (go-to-market) plan deployment, Sales Incentive Planning (SIP) definition and support, training execution with implementation effectiveness tracking.Set effective in-market sales (IMS) targets in consideration of and linked to Trade Sales targets, FDS, and other commercial metrics. Work with the sales leader to cascade these targets down to the individual representative level.Responsible to propose and set country Sales Incentive Planning (SIP) / Strategic Growth Drivers (SGDs) metrics, referencing SEA SIP guidance template provided - with alignment of SEA SFE Manager and Country Business Leader.Assist country leaders to design and propose special incentive plans when needed to address specific business opportunities or challenges.Accountable for country quarterly sales incentive data pull accuracy and timely upload to support the SIP process, in partnership with country HR and Finance business partners.Serves as country data administrator for SFDC.com and PowerBI platforms. Analyses SFDC/PBI-related reports to generate actionable insights, for country business leader to drive commercial opportunities and sales performance reviews.Any ad-hoc commercial excellence, commercial operations, salesforce effectiveness, SFDC and PBI-related data and change-management projects or tasks as assigned by SEA SFE Manager, in alignment with Country Business Leader.Qualifications, Required Knowledge & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Actuarial Science, IT, or related fieldMinimally 1 years of proven experience in the MedTech/Pharmaceutical industry in CRM/ComEx function(s)Good knowledge of SFDC, PBI, SAP. Proficient in Microsoft OfficeGood oral and written English communication skills preferredEnthusiastic, independent, “can-do “attitude, results oriented.Meticulous and organizedAbility to interact well with all levels of associate within country and regionRequired SkillsOptional SkillsPrimary Work LocationPHL Manila - Taguig CityAdditional LocationsWork Shift
