As a trusted advisor, you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to influence strategic decisions and deliver commercial success.What you’ll do:Act as a key business partner, providing financial analysis that drives profitable growth.Support pricing, promotions, and customer investment decisions.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles with precision and insight.Deliver actionable recommendations through data-driven analysis and BI tools.Champion continuous improvement and financial stewardship across the organisation.What we’re looking for:Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Economics.CA/CPA qualified (or working towards).2–5 years’ experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or management accounting (FMCG preferred).Strong analytical skills, ERP expertise (Business Central), and advanced Excel proficiency.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Why True Foods?
