We sit at the intersection of regulation, strategy, and technology – guiding some of the world’s largest technology companies and high-growth innovators through complex market-entry and investment decisions.We’re now looking for a Commercial Manager to help us grow our advisory and commercial capability and work directly on some of the most high-profile projects in the region.Why this role is excitingYou’ll work directly with senior decision-makers at major tech companies, investors, and high-growth businesses.You’ll shape market entry, investment, and commercial decisions that influence how entire industries expand into the Philippines.You’ll be an early member of our commercial team, with real ownership, visibility, and a path to leadership.If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, building financial and commercial cases, and being in the room where big decisions get made—this is for you.What you'll doYou’ll lead and support advisory projects across market entry, investments, and commercial strategy, including:Market Entry & ExpansionDesign and assess market-entry strategies for global and regional clients entering the Philippines.Evaluate options including greenfield builds, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and B2B go-to-market models.Work closely with our regulatory experts to integrate regulatory requirements into commercial and operational plans.Investments, M&A & JVsSupport clients on M&A, minority investments, and strategic deals with commercial and market analysis.Build and refine financial models, scenarios, and business cases for investments and partnerships.Analyze markets, competition, unit economics, and potential synergies to inform executive decisions.Commercial & Growth StrategyDevelop commercial strategies for B2B / enterprise-focused businesses entering or scaling in the Philippines.Work on questions like pricing, monetization, partnerships, and business model design.Turn complex analysis into clear, concise recommendations and present them to senior stakeholders.Firm & Practice BuildingHelp shape Arden Consult’s commercial advisory offering, frameworks, and IP.Contribute to business development through proposals, pitch materials, and thought leadership.Mentor team members and help build a high-performing culture.Who you areTypically 3–5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy / corporate development, or high-growth startups.Experience in tech, digital platforms, or regulated industries is a plus.MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.CFA (completed or Level II/III candidate) is a plus.Excellent financial modeling and comfort with Excel.Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills.Able to synthesize complex topics (regulation, markets, competition, financials) into clear client narratives.Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, low-ego environment.Enjoys working with senior clients and can hold their own in C-level conversations.Takes ownership, cares deeply about quality, and is happy to roll up their sleeves.What we offerThe chance to work on high-profile, high-impact projects with some of the largest names in technology and high-growth sectors.A front-row seat to how global and regional leaders think about market entry, regulation, and growth in Southeast Asia.A lean, collaborative team where your ideas actually shape how we work and what we build.Competitive compensation, with performance-based upside and room to grow into more senior leadership.
