The Sales Manager will drive student enrollment growth through creation and execution of sales strategies. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that the team achieves key performance metrics. This role allows for a combination of in-office and remote work.QualificationsProficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).Experience in Market Analysis, Strategy Development, and Data-Driven Decision Making.Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills.Ability to work both collaboratively with teams and independently in a hybrid working environment.Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the education sector.Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for sales and CRM processes.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Prior experience in academic institutions or related fields is a plus.
