We are looking for a full-time Senior Product Manager to join our Nordic Retail Payments team in the product management unit. About Our TeamMeet the Nordic Retail Payments Product Management team. We are responsible for mobile/e-commerce payment methods, as well as e-invoicing and collection services for our customers across the Nordics. Our team, currently consisting of eight team members, is part of the Payments & Cash Management Hub operating within Transaction Banking (TxB) that belongs to Business Banking. .Collaboration. These are the values that guide us in being at our best – and that we imagine you share with us.Main Responsibilities In This RoleLead the development and lifecycle management of the products and solutions you are responsible for, ensuring our offering meets customer needs. Provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders on progress, dependencies and risks  Work in line with Nordea’s instructions and guidelines on compliance and regulatory matters to fulfil our commitments to customers and society  Drive product and process management activities according to relevant frameworks and business strategy, ensuring we meet our responsibilities both internally and externally  Take responsibility for documentation, processes, and required activities with a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring compliance and managing risk  Foster collaboration across the value chain, proactively supporting stakeholders to ensure Nordea can implement, sell, support, and operate our solutions  Who You AreThis is the right role for you if you would be thrilled at the prospect of getting to independently lead development and lifecycle management efforts to ensure our products & solutions meet customer needs and expectations. This involves understanding customer needs, market and payment industry developments and our internal constraints. Navigating these aspects to deliver value for our customers is at the heart of great product management and the close proximity to consumers what makes our domain special. To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a team player keen to continuously update your personal and professional skills, share knowledge with the team to build the whole team, and stay updated in your area of responsibility, while actively identifying and driving product improvements.Your Background And Skills IncludeBroad insight and expertise in the payments industry, e.g. understanding of sector solutions, payment standards and mobile payment trends  Previous experience in product management, including commercial perspectives and vendor management (expected minimum 3-5 years of previous experience as this is a Senior role)  Demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English in addition to one local Nordic language (Danish/Finnish/Norwegian and/or Swedish) is a must, as well as confidence in presenting to various audiences  Proven ability to take initiative and proactively solve complex problems in partnership with others  Strong soft skills: Being able to act as a resilient and flexible team player equipped with a can-do attitude   It Would Be Ideal If You AlsoPossess a strong strategic and analytical approach, previous work experience as a consultant considered a benefit   Strong excel and powerpoint skills including think-cell considered a merit What We OfferPeople come here when they want to get somewhere.
