For over 60 years the company has been providing the world’s best athletes and motorsports enthusiasts in the pursuit of performance excellence with the most technologically advanced products which fuse protection, performance, innovation, and style.Thanks to the outstanding quality and continuous innovation of our products, we are currently going through a solid expansion phase on the global market, for which we aim to reinforce our strongly international teams with top talent from anywhere in the world.We are seeking an experienced and strategic Communication and Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to lead and implement Alpinestars' communication, campaign, and activation strategies across Asia.Posizione:Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution You will develop and implement market-specific strategies for Motorcycling Sport, Adventure, Urban Contemporary, and Motocross categories across Asian markets, including China.You need to align brand messaging with regional consumer insights and business goals.You will drive sustainable growth through optimized distribution channels.Market Development You will build and enhance the Alpinestars brand image in Asia through targeted marketing initiatives.You will identify and evaluate new market opportunities and emerging trends in Asia.You will conduct in-depth market analysis to inform strategic decisions and long-term planning.Product Marketing & Communication You will manage product selection and positioning strategies tailored to regional preferences. You need to develop and execute marketing campaigns to support product launches and seasonal promotions.You will translate technical product features into compelling consumer benefits through storytelling.Cross-Functional Collaboration You will coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment on brand strategy and product messaging.You manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and media partners.You will oversee campaign execution and performance tracking across multiple markets.Requisiti:7+ years of experience in brand communications, product marketing, or go-to-market strategy, preferably in sporting goods, performance apparel, or outdoor industries.Strong understanding of Asian market dynamics, especially China, with proven ability to act directly in-market.Demonstrated success in leading multi-market campaigns and product launches.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on technical storytelling and consumer engagement.Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and launches in a fast-paced global environment.Strong creative writing and presentation skills with attention to detail.Genuine enthusiasm for motorsport, technical innovation, and the sporting sector.Proficient in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.Altre informazioni:LOCATION: SINGAPORE
