The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and contribute to building compelling narratives for executives, thought leaders, and luxury lifestyle brands within our portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunications StrategySupport the development and execution of integrated communications strategies for Chesamel Group and client accountsAssist in crafting compelling content across multiple channels including press releases, thought leadership articles, and executive communicationsMonitor media coverage and compile comprehensive reports on brand mentions and sentiment analysisContribute to crisis communications planning and reputation management initiativesPersonal Branding DevelopmentCollaborate on personal branding strategies for C-suite executives and high-profile individualsCreate and curate content for executive social media profiles, particularly LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter)Develop executive positioning papers and speaker profiles for conferences and media opportunitiesSupport the production of podcast appearances, video content, and thought leadership platformsContent Creation and ManagementWrite and edit various content formats including blog posts, case studies, and newsletter articlesAssist in developing content calendars aligned with business objectives and cultural momentsSupport the creation of multimedia content for digital platformsMaintain brand voice consistency across all communications materialsCultural and Entertainment ProjectsResearch and identify opportunities to integrate cultural trends, sports partnerships, and entertainment collaborations into brand strategiesSupport the development of campaigns targeting luxury lifestyle sectorsAssist with event communications for high-profile launches and exclusive experiencesContribute to partnerships with sports personalities, cultural influencers, and entertainment figuresMarket Research and AnalysisConduct research on emerging market trends across international regionsAnalyse competitor communications strategies and personal branding approachesPrepare insights reports on cultural movements and their impact on brand perceptionSupport market entry communications for international expansion initiativesRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree (minimum 2:1 or equivalent) in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies, or related fieldRecent graduates or final-year students will be consideredEssential Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated interest in culture, sports, and entertainment sectors with knowledge of current trends and key playersExcellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to adapt tone for different audiencesStrong understanding of social media platforms and digital communications best practicesExperience with content creation through university publications, personal blogs, or internshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite advantageous)
