The Role:We’re looking for a creative, high-initiative, and reactive individual to lead our social media platforms and support our growing digital presence. In this role, you will create, edit, and deliver engaging content that reflects our brand values and drives meaningful results.You’ll work closely with the marketing team to boost engagement, awareness, and community growth, using analytics tools to track performance and optimise content. You will also play a key role in developing high-growth channels such as TikTok, including managing TikTok Shop and hosting or coordinating TikTok LIVE sessions.This position requires someone who can bring fresh, innovative ideas to elevate the brand. You’ll take the lead on content planning, content creation, trend identification, and social storytelling, ensuring all output aligns with our premium brand positioning.What you’ll be doing: - Take ownership of day-to-day channel planning and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.- Manage TikTok Shop and coordinate TikTok Lives to drive product visibility, engagement, and sales- Work closely with the Marketing Team to support the development and delivery of global social strategy, contributing ideas that drive brand awareness, community growth and engagement.- Analyse performance via platform insights and analytics tools, providing recommendations to optimise content and strategy- React quickly to trends, cultural moments, and viral formats – leading on rapid-turnaround content creation and briefing relevant teams.- Maintain a consistent and premium tone of voice across all platforms- Support the Marketing Team during events with content capture and posting.- Manage and engage with audiences across all social platforms, responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.- Responsible for daily content creation, editing and scheduling.About You- Strong experience in delivering multi-channel social content within premium skincare.- Highly organised with strong analytical skills and a data-informed approach.- Confident in video editing and production, especially for TikTok and Reels.- Demonstrated experience in growing TikTok audiences, building communities and developing reactive and trend-led content.- Highly creative and culturally aware, constantly tracking trends, competitors and emerging formats.- Experienced in managing TikTok Shop and overseeing TikTok Lives to boost visibility, engagement, and sales.- Passionate about skincare and storytelling.- Comfortable balancing strategic input with hands-on execution.- Must hold a full drivers license What’s on Offer- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays- Extra day off on your birthday- Staff Discount- Dress-down Fridays- Potential to travel with work- On-Site Parking Desirable:- TikTok Shop Management- Experience working for a Luxury Skincare brandSalary: £30,000 per annumOffice-based Role
