Leading community engagement efforts and ensuring the involvement of target communities in all phases of the project.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeveloping a community engagement plan that includes introductory sessions, focus groups, and surveys.Building positive relationships with local councils, civil society organizations, and community leaders.Leading the community engagement team and distributing daily taskEnsuring the integration of gender considerations in the design and implementation of activities.Managing and analyzing feedback from communities to adjust interventions as needed.Preparing regular reports on community satisfaction and engagement with the project.
