Job Description

We are looking for a hybrid powerhouse: part Community Architect, part Traffic Controller. You will own the day-to-day relationship with our beauty creator community for a high-priority project while acting as the central traffic control for seeding and community standards across our wider brand portfolio.You aren't just replying to comments; you are building a scalable ecosystem where creators feel valued, rewards are delivered on time, and brand consistency is non-negotiable.Core Responsibilities1. Community Growth Engagement: Be the voice of the community. Foster a LOVE atmosphere within our creator community, building love for the brands. KPI Ownership: Drive and track growth and engagement metrics. Community management: Ensure queries are responded to, either yourself directly or via other community managers. Social Listening: Act as the eyes and ears of the brand, surfacing trends and sentiment to the strategy team to pivot our approach in real-time. 2. Traffic & Project Management Seeding Coordination: Manage the "traffic" of seeding kits and products across multiple brands ensuring execution teams are keeping the standard. Freelancer management: Book and manage freelancers and capacity for large-scale projects. Cross Functional Sync: Work closely across teams to ensure the project runs smoothly. Event Logistics: Support the physical manifestation of the community by helping organize creator events, meet-ups, and masterclasses. 3. Operational Excellence Reward Fulfillment: Manage the admin and logistics of creator rewards, ensuring the "surprise and delight" element of the project is executed flawlessly. Insights Reporting: Monthly reporting on community health, competitor movement, and creator feedback. RequirementsPrevious Experience for the role should include:1+ years in Social Media/Community Management, preferably with time spent in an Agency Traffic or Account Coordination role.You love a spreadsheet. You can manage multiple timelines, from reward shipping dates to paid media flight dates, without breaking a sweat.Must be able to look at 500 comments and summarize the 3 key "vibes" the community is feeling to help inform the team.
