Production Coordinator

Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 CTC per month (depending on experience)Location: Woodstock, Cape Town (onsite)Overview:A fast-paced creative studio is looking for a Junior Traffic / Production Coordinator to join their production team. You’ll help coordinate creative work across design, animation, video, and digital learning projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks stay on track.If you enjoy working with creative teams, managing timelines, and bringing structure to busy environments, this could be a great entry point into the world of digital content production.Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate tasks across multiple creative projectsTrack timelines and deliverables within project management systemsSupport the production team with project documentation and schedulingMonitor progress and flag potential delays earlyOrganise and maintain project files and content assetsAssist with quality checks before content is deliveredRequirements:Relevant degree / tertiary qualification 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination, production, or a similar roleStrong organisational and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detailInterest in creative production, digital content, or media environmentsConfident using digital tools and project management platformsPlease note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
