Pay: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per monthJob DescriptionJob Title: Occupational Nurse (Hotel-Based)The Occupational Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of all hotel employees. This role involves providing immediate medical care, managing health programs, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health standards, and supporting wellness initiatives within the workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesMedical ServicesProvide first aid and basic medical treatment to employees in case of illness or workplace injury.Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical assessments.Maintain and update employees health records and medical files.Health and Safety ComplianceAssist in implementing the hotels Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs in coordination with the Safety Officer and HR.Ensure compliance with DOLE and DOH requirements for occupational health standards.Monitor and report workplace accidents, illnesses, and other health-related incidents.Wellness and EducationPlan and conduct health promotion and wellness activities such as medical check-ups, vaccination drives, and health awareness campaigns.Educate employees on occupational health and hygiene practices.Administrative DutiesMaintain medical supplies, equipment, and clinic cleanliness.Prepare and submit health and safety reports to management and regulatory agencies as required.Coordinate with partner clinics, hospitals, and government health offices when necessary.QualificationsLicensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the PhilippinesWith Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses training (preferred)At least 12 years of experience in occupational health, preferably in a hospitality or service industryKnowledgeable in DOLE and DOH occupational health standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with professionalismJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
