The VacancyThe RSK Group are looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join our busy inhouse legal team.This is a full-time (40 hours per week) role, based at our head office in Helsby, Cheshire.The Legal Team is a dynamic and friendly group, consisting of professionals specialising in Legal, Compliance and Governance. Together, they work collaboratively to provide expert advice and guidance to the RSK Group across all these areas.If you’re passionate about developing your company secretarial career, this role offers the perfect platform to learn and grow in a supportive environment that values curiosity, collaboration and growth.Key Responsibilities:Maintaining statutory books as well as all company recordsEnsuring complete records are received from our newly-acquired businesses and properly recorded on Diligent EntitiesCompleting statutory filings with Companies HouseAssisting with the organisation of Board Meetings and paperwork relating to the approval of company accounts, dividends and director appointments.Supporting subsidiary compliance including working with global advisors on the maintenance of statutory registers and corporate filings.Responding to KYC and tender requestsDealing with ad hoc queries from group companiesAssisting with share transactions, including preparing stock transfer forms and maintaining accurate internal records.Person Specification:CGI part-qualified, law graduate, or equivalent qualification preferred, though candidates with relevant experience or a clear interest in building a company secretarial career are also encouraged to applyProficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook and comfortable learning new systemsExperience using Diligent Entities or similar software is desirable but not essentialGood attention to detailEnthusiastic and eager to learnSalary and Benefits:Commensurate with experienceStudy packageLife assuranceA flexible benefits programme including the option to buy additional holidays, health cash plan and discounted gym membershipRSK Group is an Equal Opportunities Employer.#Legal #RSKRSK will not accept unsolicited CVs from agencies other than RSK PSL or Secondary agencies.The CompanyRSK is a global leader in sustainable solutions focusing on environmental, engineering, and technical services.
