Location: Menara MaxisInternship Period: Up to 6 months starting January 2026Role OverviewJoin our Compliance & Employee Relations team to support investigative processes, compliance documentation, employee-relations case tracking, and data-driven reporting. This role offers strong exposure to real-world HR case management and compliance frameworks in a corporate environment.Key Responsibilities Assist in the investigation process by transcribing fact-finding sessions and organizing evidence and case chronology. Conduct hygiene checks on Industrial Relations (IR) reports extracted from Workday. Perform hygiene checks on the IR Tracker (Excel-based). Support the migration of IR cases within Workday.Preferred Skills/Experience Strong data analysis capability with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience or interest in communications, branding, and engagement materials (e.g., newsletters, surveys). Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
