Collaborating closely with internal departments and international teams, you will contribute to strengthening compliance standards and ethical business practices in our global business supported by 4,000 employees. Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods to contribute to our values and mission.You Will Make Key Contributions To EnvaliorGlobal CMS Development: Design and rollout robust CMS, ensuring compliance in Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Economic Sanctions, Export Control, Data Privacy, Antitrust, AMLTailored Solutions: Implement compliance solutions that fit regional legal requirements and seamlessly integrate across jurisdictionsRisk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct assessments, collaborate with leadership to drive proactive mitigation strategiesCorporate Investigations: Support investigations and manage the Speak-Up systemTraining & Awareness: Launch engaging programs to cultivate a global compliance cultureMonitoring & Reporting: Develop dashboards and metrics to evaluate CMS effectiveness and provide actionable insightsCollaborative Leadership: Partner with Legal, HR, IT, Finance, and Business to embed compliance into daily operations.
