JOB SUMMARYThe Admin supports the team by managing player-related data, maintaining accurate information flow, and assisting with operational and communication tasks around live poker tournament events. This role focuses on back-end support, ensuring that data between event-specific databases and the master database remains consistent, complete, and up to date. The Admin also supports on-site operations where needed and handles initial player communication when not yet assigned to a specific team member. The role requires an individual who is highly organized, precise, and confident in managing structured data and communication processes.KEY RESPONSIBILITYData Handling and Documentation:Maintain and update player profiles in both event-specific and master databasesMonitor and flag any missing information such as passport copies, profile details, or data required for hotel or transfer arrangementsEnsure timely data updates to support coordination of services during the eventAssist in flagging pending or incomplete service details to the appropriate team membersSupport with daily task tracking and reminders related to scheduled services for the upcoming daySupport on-site operations at either the registration desk or in the back-end, based on event needsKeep all shared documentation organized, up to date, and accessible to the teamTrack and record updates to player related data and relevant service needs in real time.Communication Support:Respond to incoming player registration emails using standard templatesHandle initial communication with players when they are in a general group or not yet assigned a personal contactRedirect inquiries to the appropriate point of contact within the team when neededMaintain a clear log of communication and data updatesJOB REQUIREMENTSExcellent skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel with advanced knowledge of all functions.Fluent in English, spoken and written. Any additional language is a plus.Strong attention to detail and written communication.Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with consistency.Prior experience in a similar administrative or data-focused role is a plus.
