Kuala Lumpur for a Data Entry, Mandarin Speaking. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The role also includes maintaining communication with different departments.Key ResponsibilitiesInputting, updating, and maintaining data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems with speed and accuracy.Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and resolve discrepancies.Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company data protection policies.Generate reports and perform data audits as needed.Good Communication and Collaboration skills with different departments.Assist in other administrative tasks as required.Qualifications Diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.Fluent in Mandarin and English.Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant experience.Strong computer literacy skills, with excellent data entry speed, accuracy and organizational skills.
