As a key member of our Project Management Consultancy (PMC), you will oversee and manage all aspects of our mixed-use development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets for mixed-use construction projectsCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionMonitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on trackEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standardsManage and optimize resource allocation across multiple project sitesConduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and clientsLead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementAnalyze project data and key performance indicators to drive efficiency and cost-effectivenessImplement and oversee risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate with business development teams to support bid preparations and client presentationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldA minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on mixed-use development projectsProven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects within PMC environmentsStrong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and construction practicesProficiency in construction management software, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and AutoCADAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and ProjectExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detailOutstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectivelyProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredFluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plusWillingness to travel to various project sites within Saudi Arabia as needed
