Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a strategic and results-oriented Director - Temporary and Interim Power to oversee all aspects of temporary power solutions for our diverse range of projects. This pivotal leadership role will involve the planning, execution, and management of temporary power systems to support construction activities and operational needs, ensuring that all projects are powered effectively and sustainably.As the Director of Temporary and Interim Power , you will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design and implement robust power solutions that meet the requirements of our innovative developments. Your expertise in energy management, regulatory compliance, and project execution will be vital to achieving project goals and maintaining high operational standards.ResponsibilitiesManage the planning, design, installation, and commissioning of temporary and interim power systems across various projectsDevelop detailed project execution plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resource allocations meet project requirementsCollaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of temporary power solutions into ongoing operationsMonitor project progress and performance, regularly reporting to senior management and stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievementsIdentify and mitigate risks related to temporary power supply and implementation, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project deliveryLead project teams and provide guidance and support to develop their skills and improve performanceImplement project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the power supply domainRequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldA minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management, specifically in temporary and interim power systemsStrong understanding of power generation and distribution systems, with a focus on temporary solutionsDemonstrated experience in managing large-scale and complex power projectsExcellent leadership skills and ability to motivate high-performing teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProficient in project management methodologies and softwareAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment with multiple projectsKnowledge of safety standards and regulations in power supply is essential
