In this critical role, you will oversee and coordinate construction activities across various projects, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards for safety, quality, and sustainability while adhering to project timelines and budgets.Your expertise will drive the successful execution of our ambitious development plans, fostering collaboration among internal teams and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire construction lifecycle of projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and completionCoordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and optimal resource allocationImplement strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity while maintaining quality standards in construction practicesConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety measures, and address any project-related challengesManage the procurement process for materials and services required for construction projectsPrepare detailed project reports, highlighting key milestones, potential risks, and recommendations for senior managementDevelop and nurture strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate successful project executionEncourage a culture of safety and compliance within the construction teams and enforce adherence to safety regulationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus10+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on large-scale development projectsProven leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving project successRobust understanding of construction methods, project management principles, and safety regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk managementExceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholdersProficiency with construction management software and project tracking toolsPrior experience in the Middle East construction sector is highly advantageous
