With 1,300 hectares of genuine land valued at $215 million USD and investments across multiple sister businesses—including Royal Crystal Airways, BMTC Energy, and Ibile Industrial Park—we are well-positioned for significant growth. Key Responsibilities·      Oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.·      Oversee project site surveys and coordinate technical design strategies and drawings. ·      Conduct quantity take-offs and proficiently interpret drawings. ·      Respond to RFQs (Request for Quotations) and prepare RFI’s (Request for Information). ·      Ensure appropriate usage and application of the Project Management System (PMS) with respect to entry and analysis of work-related data. ·      Define the scope, budget, and justification of Civil and structural change work orders.·      Manage site engineers, subcontractors, artisans, and laborers, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.·      Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.·      Ensure all projects comply with Nigerian building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., COREN, NSE, FCTA regulations).·      Implement strict quality control procedures and inspection systems to ensure the durability and functionality of construction works.·      Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.·      Provide regular updates to stakeholders including clients, consultants, and internal management teams.·      Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from relevant government agencies.·      Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.·      Incorporate sustainable building practices and stay up to date with modern construction technologies. Job Requirements·      Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage.·      COREN or NSE registration preferred. PMP or other project management certifications is a plus.·      Minimum of 7–10 years of proven experience in construction project management, preferably within Nigeria.·      Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit), budgeting, and site supervision.·      Strong understanding of Nigerian construction laws, HSE practices, and regulatory standards.·      Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects.·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
