Rooted in Africa, NeoFoundry’s mission is to empower young innovators with the tools and support necessary to build thriving businesses and impactful solutions.PurposeTo design, coordinate, and execute Neofoundry’s signature experiences - where founders don’t just learn about entrepreneurship but actively build and grow through structured programs, mentorship, and collaboration Role DescriptionThis is a volunteer and remote role for a Program Manager. The Program Manager/lead will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of NeoFoundry's programs and initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating program timelines, liaising with mentors and participants, facilitating project-based learning and events, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives. The Program Manager will also foster collaboration, improve operational processes, and support the growth of the entrepreneurial founder ecosyste.Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement founder-focused programs (bootcamps, mentorship sessions, workshops, and accelerator e.t.c)• Plan and schedule recurring events like Founder Fridays, webinars, or themed cohots. • Coordinate mentors, guest speakers, facilitators, and partner organizatons. • Oversee participant onboarding, progress tracking, engagement, and feedback colletion. • Work closely with the Operations and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless delivery and alinment. • Develop playbooks, guides, and post-program summaries for internal growth and larning. • Innovate and test new program formats to keep experiences exciting and elevant.Qualification Program management, project coordination, and leadership skillsStrong communication, collaborative organization, and problem-solving abilitiesPassionate about learning design, events, and community building.Experience with event planning, mentorship facilitation, bootcamps or community engagementKnowledge of entrepreneurial ecosystems, startups, or business development.
