Construction Scheduler – Salt Lake City, UT (Full-Time, In-Office)We are seeking a skilled Construction Scheduler to develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive CPM schedules for the electrical scope of large commercial, institutional, healthcare, and industrial projects. This role is responsible for building and updating detailed Primavera P6 schedules that align seamlessly with the overall master project schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 baseline and update schedules for all electrical workEnsure full alignment of the electrical schedule with the project’s master schedulePerform routine schedule updates, monitor delays/impacts, and conduct time-impact analysesIdentify, capture, and document delays, constraints, and schedule impactsPrepare and present schedule status reports to project stakeholders, including project managers and engineersQualifications5+ years of construction scheduling experience; electrical trade experience strongly preferredAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including building schedules from the ground upStrong understanding of electrical construction materials, methods, sequencing, and activity durationsThorough knowledge of contract documents, drawings, and specificationsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and general contractorsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and scope documentationBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience consideredPSP, PMI-SP, or similar scheduling certifications preferredExperience with Procore and BluebeamWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (DOE) and a comprehensive, industry-leading benefits packageProfit sharing planCompany-sponsored medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insuranceHealth Savings Account with substantial company contributionsPaid holidays and generous PTOLong-term growth opportunities with a century-old electrical contractor recognized for excellence and innovation
