We plan to continue our rapid expansion and are looking for the brightest and best talent to join us on this journey.Role: We are looking for a person with atleast 3 years of experience at Consultant level in valuation to help us to deliver our valuations work.RequirementsResponsibility for the delivery of valuation engagements:Project management:-- Assume day-to-day responsibility for valuation assignments across multiple infrastructure sectors. Manage significant projects with director's supervision Lead on the research, benchmarking and analytical work informing our valuation opinionsEnsure that reports are of a high standard and delivered to deadlines.Client/Business Development:- Manage client on-boarding and key clients Contribute to the proposals, business development activity (incl. identifying new targets and contacts), and build key client relationships in the sector or geographic area allocatedLearning & development:- Develop and sustain own competencies needed to perform the above role, including building up sector expertise. Stay updated with the latest sector developmentsTeam development:- Develop junior members of team, through effective management in assignments, and mentoring in developing specific skills and capabilities + delivering training if requiredFinancial management, helping to ensure that valuation team budgets are met, and assisting with team admin including provisioning and billingDevelop close working relationship with other teams. Identify and monitor strategy for winning joint engagementsKey Skills and Qualifications:The successful candidates should possess: Valuation experience: Broad and deep valuation experience required, at least 3-5 years (at Consultant/ Assistant Manager level)Understanding of the value drivers in debt and equity valuationsExperience of valuations across multiple geographies is desirableExperience of applying different valuation methodologies Strong analytical capability and, some experience of infrastructure sector and energy sector work will be helpfulAbility to analyse third-party due diligence reports (in the context of infrastructure)Ability to interpret project finance models and run scenarios/ sensitivity analysis Writing clear, accurate, and logically structured reports in English and ability to lead valuation engagements with minimal supervision High level of proficiency with excel.
