These roles are ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in either planning & scheduling, risk management or claims and cost management services, and a desire to build their career by working on diverse and challenging projects.Problem solving is in our DNA – our team works closely to develop simple solutions to complex problems. We provide quality advisory services to both public and private sectors and successfully deliver services on iconic and major projects across a variety of industries.You will support senior team members across a wide variety of assignments in the engineering and construction sectors, including:Strategic advisory services to support investment and business case decisions.Disputes, claims and variation assessments, including expert advice and report preparation.Cost control, estimating and benchmarking throughout all project phases.Commercial advisory and contract management.Planning and scheduling services for projectsSupporting and leading client-facing delivery across multiple sectors, including energy, water, infrastructure, and international opportunitiesWhat You'll BringAs our successful candidate you'll bring;Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.2+ years’ post-graduate experience in site engineering, planning or quantity surveyingProject planning experience within construction, infrastructure, energy, or telecommunicationsExperience in contract administrationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.Good communication skills, including report writing.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Previous experience in a consultancy (desirable but not essential).Why work at TBHAt TBH, we are ACHIEVEMENT and outcome focused, operating with aligned strategic intent and delivering on our promises to ensure optimum results for our clients.
