Content Production Designer

Role: Content Production DesignerRate: £323 p/d (Via Umbrella)Location: London (Z1) – Hybrid Model – 3 days p/w on siteDuration: 4 monthsWe're seeking a talented Production Designer to join our Content Design team. This role is perfect for a designer with exceptional visual design skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for bringing books to life in the digital space.Experience Required:Strong command of visual and communication design principles with particular expertise in typography and layout Experience in publishing, marketing design, editorial design, or digital book retail.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop for cover art adaptation and enhancement Proven ability to create and maintain cohesive visual systems across multiple formats Extensive experience with photo retouching, compositing, and colour correction Experience naming files according to production specifications with exceptional attention to detail Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders Ability to work independently to troubleshoot technical and process-related issuesResponsibilities:Design and adapt key artwork for features, curated collections, and promotional campaigns.Partner with art directors, creative producers, and editorial teams to bring campaigns to life.Craft visually stunning presentations that bring our campaigns to life for partners and stakeholders.Develop and maintain design templates and systems that ensure consistent, scalable production.Document workflows, maintain comprehensive style guides, and share best practices with the team.Ensure quality excellence through thorough review of all design assets before publication.
