Yamm is building the post-purchase infrastructure for merchants. We help online and offline merchants deliver a fast, seamless, and transparent refund and return experience, turning what used to take 14 days into seconds. Our mission is to lead the post-purchase experience across MENA, making returns, exchanges, and store credits effortless for both merchants and customers.About the Role:We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & Social Media Executive to build Yamm’s digital presence and tell our story in ways that attract, engage, and earn the trust of online merchants. You’ll create compelling content, manage our social media channels, and help bring customer success stories to life.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain Yamm’s digital identity across social media platforms.Create and publish 3–5 posts weekly across platforms (LinkedIn, X, TikTok).Write captions, scripts, and short-form copy for posts and campaigns.Engage with our online community — reply to comments and messages.Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.Collect and share customer success stories that highlight real impact.Preferred Skills & Experience:1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media management.Strong writing skills in both Arabic and English.Creative eye for visuals, trends, and storytelling.Familiarity with social media analytics and content planning tools.Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment.Nice to Have:Experience in B2B or SaaS content.Basic video editing skills (for short-form content like TikTok/Reels).What We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Creative freedom and ownership of your content.Opportunity to grow with one of the fastest-moving startups in the region.A collaborative and passionate team building something that matters.
