Continuous Improvement Engineer

💼 Responsibilities:• Analyze and control manpower utilization across operations to ensure optimal workforce productivity.• Conduct background process analysis to identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.• Drive labor productivity improvement initiatives through data analysis, benchmarking, and best practices.• Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing projects to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and enhance output quality.• Develop and monitor KPIs related to manpower, process efficiency, and cost reduction.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, HR, Supply Chain, Quality) to align improvement projects with business objectives.• Prepare progress reports and present results to management.🎯 Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in manufacturing or production environments).• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts, Six Sigma, and process optimization tools.• Proven experience in manpower productivity control and process analysis.• Strong communication and presentation skills.• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
