You’ll assist with managing subcontractor packages and provide vital support across procurement, contract management, and project delivery.What you’ll be doing:Administer subcontractor and supplier contracts, including progress claims, variations, and paymentsSupport the negotiation and preparation of subcontract documentationMonitor contract performance, compliance, and deliverablesAssist in managing project financials, reporting, and cash flow forecastsLiaise with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve commercial and contractual issuesContribute to tender reviews and procurement processesYour profile:3–8 years’ experience in contracts administration or commercial support on major construction, infrastructure, or energy projectsStrong understanding of contract management principles and project financialsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to step into a high-profile renewable energy project and build their career within a global business that’s driving Australia’s clean energy transformation.
