This person can work from our Brisbane or Gold Coast office. This role is ideal for an organised, proactive and engaged Executive Assistant who is looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and bring a positive, solutions-focused approach to supporting senior leadership.What will you be doing?Provide support to the Regional Director on all day-to-day operationsRespond to complex / escalated enquiriesTravel management and coordinationSupport special projects and/or events as and when requiredCoordinate internal and external meetings so that they run smoothly eg scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are availableAccurately transcribe, type, format and proofread a wide variety of material including presentationsWelcome and assist visitors to ensure a professional and friendly impression of the organisationMaintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement in all interactionsWhat are we looking for?3+ years’ experience supporting leadership teams at an executive levelExperience working within a global organisation is advantageousAbility to support project initiatives, with experience sitting in executive meetings and conferencesCustomer centric focus - ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to support and partner with leaders across the businessHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteProactive, can-do attitudeDiscretion, diplomacy and the ability to maintain confidentialityThere’s so much more to KONE than you may realise.Career development and progression opportunities within a global business A friendly and flexible work environment that makes KONE a great place to work The breadth of our business means career pathways both local and abroad.
