We are committed to offering rewarding opportunities for people on the Gold Coast.We love where we work, the people we work with, and what we do - and think you will too.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal assistant to join our Gold Coast office on a permanent basis as an Assistant in our Dispute Resolution team.Your Tasks And Responsibilities Will Include Document and file management; Monthly billing, invoice processing & expense reconciliation; Supporting the lawyers in the team with drafting documents, quality assurance, debtor management, and business development; and Proactive diary and email management.We highly regard applications from candidates who possess the following: Solid experience in a Legal Assistant role. Advanced Microsoft Word skills; A solid understanding of software applications including NetDocs and/or similar legal practice and document management systems; High level of accuracy, attention to detail; Strong organisation ability; Ability to build solid relationships with the team and clients; Ability to work in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment.RedeMont is an independent law firm based on the Gold Coast, with a proud 40-year history of shaping greater legal outcomes.
