System Design & DevelopmentDesign, develop, commission, and support internal systemsMaintain and improve internal systems aligned with best practices2. Compliance & Process AlignmentAdhere to internal systems, IMS requirements, and company standardsSupport Division 4 and broader business objectives4. Collaboration & SupportEnhance client experience with timely serviceSupport fellow engineers and the delivery/engineering teams6. Continuous ImprovementContribute to process improvement, methodologies, and system enhancementsThe successful applicant will have:Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar roleBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)Proven track record of successful project deliveryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in:.NET Core / .NET 6+ and C# for backend developmentAngular 14+ (or latest version) for dynamic and responsive UIPostgreSQL and relational database designBackend-to-frontend design and coding methodologiesStrong understanding of:Object-oriented programming (OOP)Design patternsRESTful API design and integrationClean code practices and clean architectureExperience with:Version control systems (e.g., Git)Unit testing frameworksDocker or containerized development environmentsCloud platforms (preferably Azure)Familiarity with Agile development methodologiesThis position is open to those with working rights in Australia.
