Manage month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements. Provide leadership, process improvements, and recommendations to senior management. What We’re Looking For:5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 in a supervisory or leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA or MBA preferred). Strong knowledge of GAAP, reporting, and financial systems. Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
