Grow with us, and be a part of the Bayanihan spirit.Role OverviewPlans, coordinates, and implements consumer-directed marketing initiatives across digital, influencer, and on-ground platforms.Provides inputs to the overall brand strategy through data gathering, analysis, and consumer insights.Supports the development of strategic and thematic communication campaigns for the corporate brand.Coordinates with partner agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution.Collaborates with other divisions to align marketing efforts with corporate directions while addressing their unique needs.Assists in managing company resources by reviewing plans, monitoring cost efficiencies, and ensuring reasonable business returns for assigned programs.Required QualificationsGraduate of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Business ManagementAt least 3–6 years of relevant experience in marketing communications or related fieldsStrong background in marketing communications, with exposure to digital and influencer marketing preferredExcellent coordination and project management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work with multiple stakeholders and manage agency partnershipsCreativity and passion for building consumer connections aligned with corporate brand directionWe are committed to providing our employees with the best possible experience.
