The ClientA major financial services institution with presence in multiple countries.What you achieve in the roleManage office renovation and expansion.Perform office capacity planning & analysis and office space management.Supervise contractors and vendors on premises.Procure and maintain service for office equipment and office appliances.Maintain Stationary and other office supplies.Liaison with international offices to order supplies.Manage business cell phone contracts and invoice reconciliation.Security and Alarm system Management including control of keys, access card, door passes.Manage insurance policies and handle any insurance claims as required.Responsible for Corporate Visa account and reconciliation. Responsible for updating the Corporate Services PRDs and manuals on an annual basis.Generate month report on Security Deposit.Maintain off-site storage of records and manage document archiving services.Negotiate hotel arrangements and ground transportation for visitors and delegates.Event coordination, meeting room support and catering services.Emergency maintenance & problem resolution. Business representative for facility related vendors.Manage real estate expense per bud get.Track project capital and expense against forecast & budgetDevelop project and budget applications for Management approvalWhat you will bring to the role8 -12 years experience as Corporate Office Manager. Experience in office renovation and expansion (reception, meeting spaces, etc.).Vendor management and procurement experience.Available to work in the evenings and/or weekends, as required.Undergraduate degree.Experience in the Corporate Services function & managing confidential information.Experience in Tenant Lease Agreements and Ontario Tenancies Act.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical, collaboration and multitasking skills.Proficiency with MS Office SuiteExcellent time management skills to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and communication skills. Attention to details Common sense & judgement.Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionStandard First Aid, CPR & AED certification preferred.Only those who are qualified will be contacted.
